Good morning Designers,
As stated on your project overview document, you will be creating a nutrition facts label of the dish you have been working on for the project.
In order to create your label, you will need to know:
To create your nutrition facts label, use the following website:
https://www.caloriecount.com/flog/recipe-builder
After you create your account (which, regrettably, is required), click on "Logging" and then click on Create Recipe.
THIS WILL ONLY WORK ON THE FULL WEBSITE (NOT MOBILE OR APP).
You will then be able to search and add each of the ingredients in your recipe.
Once you are finished, be sure to add a description, directions, and how many servings your recipe makes.
For your PoLs, please include the following:
*Be sure to reference your flipbook in regards to both macromolecules (simple sugars, complex carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids) AS WELL AS the color of your fruit and vegetable ingredients to determine their micronutrients
Best,
Mr. Itow
